Matt Baker brings more than 20 years of executive leadership experience in real estate, operations, facilities management, and financial services to his work in residential real estate alongside Abby Baker. Before joining Abby full time, Matt served as Vice President, Global Real Estate at JPMorgan Chase & Co., overseeing complex real estate portfolios, strategic planning, and high-level business relationships. He also held senior leadership roles at First Republic Bank and iTHINK Financial, leading purchasing, facilities, vendor management, security, and internal real estate operations. Matt holds an MBA in Finance from Florida Atlantic University and holds a designation as an Institute for Supply Management (ISM) Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM). In residential real estate, Matt applies the same discretion, structure, and attention to detail that defined his corporate career—supporting clients with a calm, thoughtful approach and a commitment to a seamless, high-integrity buying and selling experience.

Roger has been in the Real Estate Industry for over 24 years. With a wealth of experience and a keen eye for detail, Roger steps into the role of orchestrating the various components that make up this significant transaction.
