Abby’s career prior to real estate was grounded in leadership, operations, and client-focused service, including roles with PGA National Resort, the American Cancer Society, and the Palm Beach County Food Project. She holds a Master’s in Counseling, Sports, and Exercise Psychology from Boston University and a Bachelor of Arts from Boston College.
Before joining Abby full time, Matt Baker served as Vice President, Global Real Estate at JPMorgan Chase & Co., bringing over 20 years of executive leadership, operational precision, and analytical expertise to every transaction. He holds an MBA in Finance from Florida Atlantic University, studied Industrial Design at the Art Institute of Pittsburgh, and undergraduate work at Saint Louis University.
