Abby holds a master’s degree in Counseling, Sport and Exercise Psychology from Boston University and a bachelor’s degree from Boston College. Before entering real estate, her professional experience included counseling, leadership, operations, and client service. This background shapes her thoughtful, highly personal approach to representing buyers and sellers. A Palm Beach County resident for more than 20 years, Abby has lived and owned homes in all three sections of Mirabella at Mirasol. She serves on the Palm Beach County Library Advisory Board, helps coordinate the Mirabella Food Project, and supports the Center for Child Counseling through its Circle of Giving and community initiatives.

Matt Baker is a Palm Beach County REALTOR® with Premier Brokers International and a member of the Platinum Producer Abby & Matt Baker team. He works directly with buyers and sellers, providing practical guidance on property evaluation, renovation potential, negotiation, improvement costs, and long-term value. Before entering residential real estate, Matt spent more than 20 years in executive leadership across corporate real estate, financial services, facilities, operations, and strategic planning. His career included senior positions with JPMorgan Chase & Co., First Republic Bank, and iTHINK Financial. Matt holds an MBA in Finance from Florida Atlantic University and is an ISM Certified Professional in Supply Management. His background also includes industrial design studies, contributing to his understanding of layout, function, and renovation possibilities. A Palm Beach County resident for more than 20 years, Matt helps coordinate the Mirabella Food Project and supports the Center for Child Counseling as a founding member, with Abby and their family, of its Circle of Giving.
